Friendship Theme: Giving and Receiving Hugs

For our Freindship Theme, our toddlers praticed giving hugs, sharing toys and they praticed gentle touches.

Graphing: In My Family, I Am....

Last Week the children and I discussed "All About Family". We spend some time talking about moms, dads, brothers and sisters.  We made a family graph to identify who is the Oldest, Middle, Youngest, or Only Child. We observed that their were more children that are the "Only" Child in the toddler class.

Gross Motor Activity: Walking Up the stairs alone & Tunnel Play

The children practiced walking upstairs alone with both feet on each step.
